Ladera Ranch

Set on the outer edge of Mission Viejo city limits, Ladera Ranch is a meticulously designed masterplanned-community who’s community ideal is: “to create a community that enables residents to give their families and children roots and wings”. Founded in 1999, Ladera Ranch offers a unique style of community which is broken up into nine “villages”.
